Preorder Policy

• Down payment:  Preorder purchase transaction has a down payment requirement in the amount of 50% of the order total.
• Preorder Terms:
• Effective Date – Preorder effective date begins on the day of preorder creation and down payment. 
• Term – 28 days
• Final Payment – Preorder purchase must be paid in full before order is shipped to customer. Final payment is due 10 days from when preorder purchase was made.
• Preorder purchase will be canceled for incomplete payment if not paid in full by 10 days of order placement.
• Customer can only make payment for reorder purchases on agtplaza.com through customer’s account.
• Handling Fee – There is a 3% non-refundable handling fee on all preorder purchases, the preorder handling fee is to be paid along with down payment.
• Eligibility – Only products indicated as available for preorder are eligible for preorder purchase.
• From time-to-time certain eligible products on our site may not be available for immediate preorder processing. You will receive a full refund if notified that the product you purchased with preorder service is determined to be unfulfillable or cannot not be fulfilled.
• Cancellation – Preorder customer may cancel a preorder purchase anytime within 3 days of preorder purchase. Preorder not paid in full by 10 days will result in preorder transaction cancellation subject to a 10% cancellation fee. Order canceled by customer after 3 days of order placement will result in 25% cancellation fee.
• Refund – Only the down payment less cancellation fee and restocking fee will be refunded to customer after preorder purchase cancellation. Please see our refund policy for additional refund details before making a preorder purchase.
• Preorder Delivery: 
• Preordered goods are to be delivered to customer up according to the delivery option selected by customer at the time of order placement. Customer will receive Delivery Update notification informing customer when customer’s preorder purchase is ready.  Additionally, customer will receive Ready-for Pickup alert notification.
• All preorder purchases are subject to the AGT Plaza’s pickup policy. Please review our pickup policy before placing a preorder.
