Refund policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unworn, unopen, with tags, and intact original packaging. You will also need the original receipt or proof of purchase.

AGT Plaza has a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days from when you receive your item to request a return.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Due to health and sanitary reasons certain products are not returnable under any conditions, these include all personal grooming products including fragrances, deodorants, etc.; all hair products including wigs, hair extensions, weave products, braid accessories, etc.; all beauty and skin care productions including lotions, soaps etc. Additionally, all edible goods cannot be returned (such as grocery items, food products, beverage products, health food, wellness products, or herbal items), and returns are not allowed on all perishable goods (such as flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Nonrefundable

  • Handling fee, Shipping cost, Transaction fee, Cancelation fee, Restocking fee, Storage fee and Delivery charge are non-refundable. Under no circumstances will a refund be issued for nonrefundable charges.

 

  • Membership fees and subscription fees are non-refundable. Membership and subscription can be canceled at any time by customer without refund. There will be no refund for membership and subscription canceled by AGT Plaza as a result of customer violation of its company’s policy, terms of service, or terms of use.

 

  • Gift card, digital goods, and final sale items such as clearance items or reduced price items

 

Exchanges
We do not honor item exchanges, order return needs to be initiated for return-eligible items, and a separate purchase transaction is to be made for any new items desired.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

  • The refund due to the customer is the total order payment excluding shipping cost, handling costs, and any other applicable nonrefundable charges.

Fraudulent Order:

There will be a 20% processing fee on all orders determined as fraudulent order. AGT Plaza in its sole discretion will determine if an order constitutes fraud. Customer who placed such an order will be issued a refund less the fraudulent processing fee.
