Local Delivery

AGT Plaza offers free local delivery to its customers on eligible purchases made on agtplaza.com. Local delivery requires that customer pickup delivered purchases from Plaza Mall or Plaza Pickup Center. Customers can only pick up from local pickup selection made by customer during online purchase checkout.

 

Door to Door Delivery

Door to Door Delivery is available in some parts of the country. For customers from areas where door to door delivery service is available, door to door delivery will be enabled and included as one of the delivery options for customer’s selection during purchase checkout process.

 

Delivery Hours

Deliveries are made from 8am to 6pm Monday through Saturday. AGT Plaza does not deliver on Sunday. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.

Pay on Delivery (POD)

AGT Plaza offers Pay-on-delivery service to its online customers on eligible purchases. Customers making eligible Pay-on-delivery purchases will have Pay-on-delivery method of payment enabled and included as one of the payment methods available to customer for selection during purchase checkout process.

  • Pay-on-delivery purchases must be paid in full at the time of pickup.
  • Payment for pay-on-delivery purchases must be made via credit card, bank transfer, debit card; AGT Plaza does not accept cash payment at this time.

  • Shipping From Nigeria
    • Standard shipping has estimated delivery of 7 working day.
    • Express Shipping has estimated delivery of 3 working days.
    • Preorder purchase has estimated delivery of 28 working days.
  • Shipping from USA
    • Standard shipping has estimated delivery of 28 working day.
    • Express Shipping has estimated delivery of 15 working days.
    • Preorder purchase has estimated delivery of 45 working days.

 

Preorder Policy

  • Down payment:  Preorder purchase transaction has a down payment requirement in the amount of 50% of the order total.
  • Preorder Terms:
    • Effective Date – Preorder effective date begins on the day of preorder creation and down payment. 
    • Term – 28 days
    • Final Payment – Preorder purchase must be paid in full before order is shipped to customer. Final payment is due 10 days from when preorder purchase was made.
      • Preorder purchase will be canceled for incomplete payment if not paid in full by 10 days of order placement.
      • Customer can only make payment for reorder purchases on agtplaza.com through customer’s account.
    • Handling Fee – There is a 3% non-refundable handling fee on all preorder purchases, the preorder handling fee is to be paid along with down payment.
    • Eligibility – Only products indicated as available for preorder are eligible for preorder purchase.
      • From time-to-time certain eligible products on our site may not be available for immediate preorder processing. You will receive a full refund if notified that the product you purchased with preorder service is determined to be unfulfillable or cannot not be fulfilled.
    • Cancellation – Preorder customer may cancel a preorder purchase anytime within 3 days of preorder purchase. Preorder not paid in full by 10 days will result in preorder transaction cancellation subject to a 10% cancellation fee. Order canceled by customer after 3 days of order placement will result in 25% cancellation fee.
    • Refund – Only the down payment less cancellation fee and restocking fee will be refunded to customer after preorder purchase cancellation. Please see our refund policy for additional refund details before making a preorder purchase.
  • Preorder Delivery: 
    • Preordered goods are to be delivered to customer up according to the delivery option selected by customer at the time of order placement. Customer will receive Delivery Update notification informing customer when customer’s preorder purchase is ready.  Additionally, customer will receive Ready-for Pickup alert notification.
      • All preorder purchases are subject to the AGT Plaza’s pickup policy. Please review our pickup policy before placing a preorder.
