Return Policy

General Return Policy

  1. All eligible returns must be initiated within 3 days of delivery to the customer.
  2. No returns will be accepted after 3 days of delivery for online purchases.
  3. Customer can only request return from customer’s account from agtplaza.com
  4. Merchandise for return must be in new condition, unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  5. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment according to the specifications stipulated per refund policy.

 

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Due to health and sanitary reasons certain products are not returnable under any conditions, these include all personal grooming products including fragrances, deodorants, etc.; all hair products including wigs, hair extensions, weave products, braid accessories, etc.; all beauty and skin care productions including lotions, soaps etc. Additionally, all edible goods cannot be returned (such as grocery items, food products, health food, wellness products, or herbal items), and returns are not allowed on all perishable goods (such as flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

AGT Plaza does not accept returns on sale items, clearance items, or gift cards.

Return Policy for Online Orders

  1. All Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  2. The customer is responsible for shipping cost for customers returns.
  3. A onetime 10% restocking fee applies to all returns.
  4. All returns must be delivered to the return address on order invoice.
  5. Items purchased online can only be returned by mail. Please see our refund policy. for how your account will be credited.
  6. We do not offer an exchange program for items returned by mail. Customers must place a new order at agtplaza.com for any desired new items. Please note you will be charged for shipping and handling on your new order.

To start a return, customer will initiate a return request through customer account on agtplaza.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping invoice. Customer is allowed 3 days to pay for return shipping invoice. Return shipping invoice not paid by customer in days after return approval will be voided and return will no longer be accepted. Upon paying the return shipping invoice, the customer will be provided package-return instructions on how and where to send your package as well as when return is due. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Approved return not received by package-return due date will attract a 5% late-return fee.
