All eligible returns must be initiated within 3 days of delivery to the customer.
No returns will be accepted after 3 days of delivery for online purchases.

Merchandise for return must be in new condition, unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment according to the specifications stipulated per refund policy.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Due to health and sanitary reasons certain products are not returnable under any conditions, these include all personal grooming products including fragrances, deodorants, etc.; all hair products including wigs, hair extensions, weave products, braid accessories, etc.; all beauty and skin care productions including lotions, soaps etc. Additionally, all edible goods cannot be returned (such as grocery items, food products, health food, wellness products, or herbal items), and returns are not allowed on all perishable goods (such as flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
